Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation, rescheduling, and termination of services provided by Elevate! Your Growth Engine ("the Company"). By engaging our services, including but not limited to AI consulting, workflow optimization, and virtual team management, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by the terms set forth below.

1. General Principles

The Company provides highly specialized AI automation and productivity services. Due to the resource-intensive nature of these services and the preliminary work required for each session, the Company enforces a strict cancellation policy to ensure operational efficiency.

2. Payment and Non-Refundability

As outlined in our Service Agreement, all sessions and services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of the engagement.

  • No Refunds: All payments are final. Once a service has been initiated or a session has been booked, fees are non-refundable and cannot be "returned" or credited back for services not rendered due to Client cancellation.

  • Work Performed: Any work performed or automated systems deployed are considered delivered services and are not subject to refund or reversal.

3. Rescheduling & Cancelling Sessions

If the Client needs to move or cancel a confirmed consulting session or AI setup meeting, the following rules apply:

  • Notice Period: The Client must provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice prior to the scheduled session time. This allows the Company to offer the slot to another client.

4. Late Notice & No-Shows

Because sessions are paid for in advance and the Company prepares specifically for the Client:

  • Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice is non-refundable and cannot be "returned," credited, or applied to a future session. The session will not be rescheduled without a new payment.

  • No-Shows: If the Client fails to attend a scheduled session within fifteen (15) minutes of the start time, it will be considered a "No-Show." The session will be canceled, and the full fee for that session will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

5. Ending Ongoing Management Services (Virtual AI Teams)

For recurring services, such as Virtual AI Team Management:

  • Termination / Pause Notice: The Client must provide written notice at least fourteen (14) days before the Client’s next billing cycle if the Client would like to pause or stop services. This allows time for the Company to wrap up any active agent management tasks.

  • Final Billing: The Client is responsible for payment of all hours worked and management fees incurred up to the effective date of termination.

6. Managed Services (Monthly Billing)

Managed services are billed monthly in full. There are no cancellations or refunds for the current month once payment is made. However, the Client may cancel the contract for any future, unpaid service periods at any time.

7. Finality of Services

As a reminder, all payments are made upfront and services provided are final. The Company does not offer refunds once a session has started or work has been performed.

7. Service "Guardrails" and Limitations
  • Platform Access: If a session cannot proceed because the Client has failed to provide necessary access to social media accounts or third-party applications (as required for AI Tech & Workflow Optimization), the session will be treated as a Late Cancellation.

  • Client Participation: Our services require active participation. Repeated failure to provide necessary data or feedback that prevents the Company from performing its duties may result in the Company canceling the project without a refund.

8. Company Cancellations

In the rare event that the Company must cancel a session due to technical failure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances, the Company will notify the Client as soon as possible and offer a full rescheduling of the session at no additional cost.

9. How to Cancel

All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email to the Company’s designated point of contact at nancy.elevategrowth@gmail.com. The timestamp of the email will serve as the official notice time.

10. Amendments

Elevate! Your Growth Engine reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or direct communication to the Client.
