1. Our Services

We provide virtual team management as our core service.

We help with strategy and goals, but final business decisions are yours.
For setups and day-to-day operations, we'll need access to your apps and social media.
Management services are billed by the hour based on how much you want us to handle.

2. Payment & Refunds

Hosted Workspace Fee: There is a non-refundable Hosted Workspace Fee of $20 per month or $100 per year.
No Returns: Once work has begun or a session has happened, services cannot be "returned" or refunded.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions: Give us at least 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a session. Late notice or no-shows are non-refundable.
Managed Services: Managed services are paid monthly in full and cannot be cancelled for the current month, but you can end the contract for any future services not yet paid.

4. Privacy & Rules

We take your privacy seriously and only use your data to provide our services. You agree to use our website and tools responsibly.
